Basic Steps of a Natural Nail Kit Manicure

Basic Steps of a Natural Nail Kit Manicure

1. Sanitation
Sanitize your hands before you start the manicure. An antiseptic spray of any of the new waterless hand sanitizers are very effective.

2. File & Shape Nails
Decide on the desired length and shape of the nails.  The Crystal File has thousands of tiny razor sharp cutting edges which professionally cut and shape the nail smoothly and evenly.  The Crystal File can be used in both directions, unlike conventional files.  Emery boards and diamond or steel files leave tiny tears in the tip of the nails allowing moisture and detergents to penetrate causing splitting, chipping, and peeling.

3. Buffing
For best results, use firm even strokes with all three pads.

The black pad removes ridges, blemishes and stains.  Buff the entire surface of the nail once and thereafter buff the new growth at the base of the nail.

Use Only Once Every Four Weeks!

The white #2 pad brings the natural oils to the nail to the surface, producing a pink and healthy nail, with a smooth satin texture.  It also massages the nail, stimulated blood circulation beneath the nail, which enhances growth.

Use This Pad Every Two Weeks!

This pad brings the nail to a beautiful glossy shine.  A perfectly manicured nail, with the nail surface sealed against moisture and dirt, is the result.  The faster the buffing, the harder the shine and the longer it will last.  When the shine begins to dull, just use this pad again.  The shine should last 7-10 days.

Use As Often As Desired!

Cuticles -- The Finishing Touch

The cuticle solution filled with natural oil, prevents the skin around the nail from drying or cracking.  The non-marring tip gently conditions the cuticles with scratching the nail or harming the cuticles.  The cuticle solution contains almond, tea tree, evening primrose, safflower, sesame, soybean, and wheat germ oils.
